Job Summary and Qualifications
Seeking an Occupational Medicine Clinical Lead to provide expertise and to be a champion of patient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.
You will:
- Ability to apply an understanding of Occupational Medicine concepts, principles, practices, and procedures, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations associated with Occupational Medicine
- Function as a Market-Based Trainer and manage all training for Occupational Medicine equipment, including but not limited to audio, PFT, and respirator fit-testing equipment. Obtain/maintain required certifications to manage these programs
- Serve as the market expert for Occupational Medicine through professional certifications, including but not limited to NIOSH and CAOHC certifications
- Oversee management of Work Comp scheduling for the market in conjunction with market leaders by confirming Work Comp appointments with patients prior to the day of the visit and coordinating follow-up visits
- Actively manage missed appointments in real-time and engage employers/occupational Medicine clients to actively engage in continuity of care for their employees
- Actively monitor and engage in key performance indicators for occupational Medicine and aid in productivity metrics
- Develop strong relationships with staff, providers, quality managers, occupational sales, and leadership to identify continuous improvement areas for the Occupational Medicine Specialty Centers (OMSC) and ensure high-quality services.
- Travel among OMSC sites of care and partner directly with physicians and/or other providers to provide OMSC services across a market
- Build strong relationships with and work in partnership with the centralized Care Coordination team to ensure patients receive a high-quality experience and desirable outcome
- Compile and condense technical and statistical data for reports and records. Present data to stakeholders and aid accountability to any associated action plans
