Requirements:
- Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Experience in long-term care (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work every-other weekend rotation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for providing exceptional care
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Monitor residents' health and promptly report changes
- Support mobility and safe transfers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Adhere to all state, federal, and facility regulations
