BSN SPORTS is hiring a Customer Service Rep to join our My Team Shop group at our Farmers Branch, TX Headquarters, and serve on the front line in one of the most dynamic industries in the world: sports. As a part of the BSN Team, your work will have an impact on so many individuals from youth leagues and schools to corporate offices by increasing pride and community spirit.

Position required work hour (Tuesday-Saturday 9AM-6PM CST)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Duties include following the order process from start to finish, to include order entry, order follow up, and lead follow up.
  • Following an order from processing through invoicing
  • Responsible for all returns/replacements for assigned sales pro's
  • Managing sales reports for orders processed
  • Responsible for opening, running and closing of customer web stores (MTS)
  • Responsible for communicating issues between sales and other departments
  • Responsible for keeping an open communication with vendors
  • Checking stock, tracking product and speaking directly with customers
  • Continuing education around knowledge of Products
Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum 1-2 years previous customer service experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong outgoing personality with a passion for working with an outside sales professional
  • Must have strong product knowledge with excellent communication and follow up skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess strong multi-tasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP experience
  • Previous Team Sports experience
  • College Degree
