Regional Director of Operations

Hello, thank you for your interest in Brightstone!! We are looking for a motivated, experienced leader who wants to make a difference. The Regional Director of Operations includes (but not limited to) the oversight of multiple skilled nursing facilities, managing the overall operation, financial management, Census Development, Labor Stability, Clinical Excellence, Regulatory Compliance and other responsibilities. The RDO - reports directly to the CEO and is reported to by the Consultant Team and Facility Administrators.
