What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients’ quality of life.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, physical therapists, and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

  • Educate patients and families on strategies to support communication and swallowing at home.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida with a passion for subacute rehabilitation.

  • Strong assessment, treatment, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while thriving as a team player.

  • Previous experience in skilled nursing or subacute settings preferred.

  • For per diem applicants: ability to work 10–15 hours/week consistently.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Standard hours with occasional weekend coverage.

  • Per Diem: Flexible hours with the ability to commit 10–15 hours/week consistently.
