Description:
We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Accounting Manager to join our client's accounting team. This position is a hybrid position that will be 2 - 3 days a week onsite in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and footnotes
- Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Manage loan compliance packages and covenant calculations
- Perform waterfall calculations
- Produce various analytical reports for company stakeholders
- Apply GAAP to unique transactions to properly account for company activity
Your Qualifications:
- 5 - 8 years of accounting experience
- BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting
- Experience with fund or joint venture accounting
- Proficiency in
- Microsoft 365 products
- Accounting software or ERP system
- Resident of the United States
- Eligible to work in the United States
