Responsibilities:
Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, and discharge planners to maintain and develop referral relationships.
Work with the Admissions department to meet short-term and long-range census goals.
Create, manage, and monitor new business development plans
Communicate with SNF Administrators to be abreast of policies affecting Admissions and finances.
Requirements:
Prior Marketing experience for Skilled Nursing Facilities - a must
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid insurance
Knowledge of Healthcare and Hospitals in Brooklyn, Queens, and metro NYC areas
