Position Description: RN
BayCare Health System is currently seeking a PRN/Pool Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate PACU team at Winter Haven Hospital.
The RN responsibilities include:
- Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
- Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
- Professional accountability and development.
- Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care assistance and supervision to a child.
- Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
- RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
- ACLS Certification is required
- Nurse Specialty certification is preferred
- Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required
- Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred
