Position Description: Cardiac Cath Lab RN
The Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse serves as a member of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team assisting in the performance of diagnostic and invasive procedures. Independently functions during diagnostic and interventions with minimal supervision.
- Provides critical nursing care to include administration of moderate sedation, monitoring for complications, and preparation for interventional procedures.
- Provide nursing care to Emergency patients having during interventional procedure.
- Monitor and record procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 year of Cath Lab, IR, ICU or ER RN experience
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Active Florida RN or Multistate RN License
- Active BLS & ACLS certifications (accepted from American Heart Association only)
