Summary:
The Ambulatory PreOp/PACU RN responsibilities include:
- RN independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
- RN delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
- RN is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization
- RN is also performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned
For this position, we strongly prefer at least 1 year RN experience in Critical Care, Endoscopy, or PreOp and PACU areas. PACU experience is strongly preferred for this role. This is a Part-Time position set to work 40 hours per bi-weekly pay period.
