Description:
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures. Responsible for nuclear medicine patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary. Required Certification includes ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) specializing in Radiology or Nuclear Medicine, or Registry Eligible for ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) specializing in Radiology or Nuclear Medicine, or ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) specializing in Radiology or Nuclear Medicine within 6 months, or NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine) within 6 months, in addition to Nuclear Medicine License and BLS (Basic Life Support).
