Role Overview
As a Neurodiagnostic Technician II, you will:
- Perform neurodiagnostic procedures in accordance with ASET and AEEGS standards
- Maintain and improve clinical and technical knowledge across all diagnostic neuroscience disciplines
- Ensure accurate and timely testing while adhering to safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to support patient care
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
🎓 Education
- Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Neurodiagnostic Technology program OR
- Completion of an ABRET-recognized program OR
- Associate degree or higher OR
- 5 years of experience in Neurodiagnostics
📊 Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in Neurodiagnostics
🧪 Licensure/Certification
- Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Seizure First Aid (SFAC) within 30 days
- Must hold two of the following certifications:
- Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist (R.EEG T)
- Registered Evoked Potential Technologist (R.EP T)
- Certification for Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM)
- Registered Nerve Conduction Study Technologist (R.NCS.T)
