Position Details:
- Location: Mease Countryside Hospital – Safety Harbor, FL
- Status: Full-Time
- Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm
- Days: Sunday - Thursday
Responsibilities
- Performs demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to primarily include Mechanical, Utilities and associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes.
- Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environment.
- May be scheduled to work various work shifts and weekends to meet the needs of the hospital not necessarily within the craft lines.
- May require travel to perform necessary maintenance work at other BCHS facilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education
- Required - High School or Equivalent
- Preferred: Technical
Licenses
- Required - FL Driver's License
Experience
- Required: 5 years as a Service-Related Technician
- Preferred: 3 Years Hospital Maintenance
- Preferred: 1 year high-rise mechanical or utilities systems
- Preferred: Fourth-Grade Stationary Engineer's License
