Job Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Morton Plant Rehab, you will work in collaboration with and under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will be responsible for delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care, including:
Administering medications
Providing therapy and interventions
Assisting in treatment plans to support patient recovery
Ensuring the highest level of clinical excellence and patient-centered care
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
Certifications & Licensure:
Required: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
Required: 30-hour IV Certification
Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Experience:
Preferred: At least one year of experience as an LPN
Preferred: Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Inpatient Rehab Facility, or Long-Term Acute Care

Shift Hours: 6:45pm - 7:15am
Weekend Work: Occasional
