Position details:
🏥 Facility: BayCare Health System, FSED Lab – BRMC
📍 Location: Lakeland, FL
🕒 Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:30AM
📅 Schedule: Full Time - every other weekend
📞 On Call: No
- Perform detailed floor care and specialized cleaning in patient and non-patient areas.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with hospital standards, safety guidelines, and infection prevention protocols.
- Respond promptly to spills and environmental service needs.
- Move and set up furniture for patient care areas, meetings, and special events.
- Maintain cleaning equipment, furniture, and supplies to ensure operational readiness.
- Help support cost-effective operations through proper use and care of resources.
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Required specific skills include, Operate and maintain floor, carpet and upholstery cleaning equipment.
- 6 months of Floor Care experience required
