Description:
Required experience is 5 years Acute Care/ICU. $55 hourly base rate.
Position fills seasonal needs and floats to multiple hospitals within a commitment timeframe.
Team member lives 150 miles outside of assigned facility.
BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced ICU RN tojoin our outstanding and compassionate BayCare team.
The BayCare Mobile Pool RN:
Independentlycares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process andclinical standards.
Delegatesappropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
Isresponsible for professional accountability and development.
TheCN II performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
