Description:
The Clinical Laboratory Scientist I is responsible to perform all diagnostic testing and quality controls, prepare reagents, report results according to established policies and procedures, review and oversee moderate to high complexity testing, monitor and maintain computer applications, maintain equipment and supplies and perform other duties as assigned. Must meet CLIA Laboratory High Complexity Testing criteria. Must have Florida Medical Technologist and Clinical Laboratory Scientist licenses.
