BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced a Behavioral Health Charge RN to join our outstanding and compassionate team at St. Anthony's hospital in St. Petersburg!

- Location: St. Petersburg, FL
- Status: Full-Time, Exempt: No
- Shift Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
- Shift: Days
- Weekend Work: Every Other
- On Call: No
The Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills.
The Charge Nurse is responsible for:
- Acting as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team.
- Developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.

Required Certifications and Licensures:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Nurse Specialty - preferred
Required Education:
- Bachelor's in Nursing - Required or approved psych certification obtained within 7 months of hire.
Experience:
- 2 year RN in an Acute Care Setting
- 1 year of leadership experience - Preferred
