BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced a Behavioral Health Pool RNs to join our outstanding and compassionate team at Morton Plant Hospital Behavioral Health in Clearwater, FL !
The Behavioral Health Clinical Nurse Department Pool I is responsible for:
- Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
- Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
- Professional accountability and development.
Position Details:
- Location: Morton Plant Hospital Behavioral Health - Clearwater, FL
- Status: Pool
- Non-Exempt: No
- Schedule: Nights
- Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
- Weekend Work: Occasional
- On Call: No
Required Certifications and Licensures:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Nurse Specialty – preferred
Required Education:
- Required Associate's or Diploma in Nursing
- Preferred Bachelor's in Nursing
Experience:
- Required 2 years RN experience in an Acute Care Setting
