Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or in the process of scheduling/taking the state CNA exam
- Graduated from a CNA training program
- A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
Key Duties Include:
- Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
- Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
- Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
- Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
