The People Systems Specialist collects, compiles, and analyzes HR data, metrics, and statistics, and applies these data to make recommendations related to all HR leaders, Centers of Expertise, and business partners.
The People Systems Specialist is responsible for providing technical control and support for HCM systems. Provides analysis and direction to devise or modify databases and/programs to extract routine and ad hoc reporting for the executive management team such as turnover reporting and human capital metrics and for data integration projects. Responsible for the maintenance and day-to-day administration of HCM systems and related policies and procedures, designed to obtain, record, and update foundational system data. Collaborates with the People Service Center team, HR Management, and internal team members to evaluate, design, and otherwise provide solutions that contribute to the delivery of HR business solutions. This position supports data management in various systems for key HR/people data. Recommends, implements, and plans for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the system. Combines a general knowledge of Human Resources with analytical skills to provide data-driven recommendations and solutions.
