ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey.

What You’ll Do As A Direct Support Professional

• Provide Individual Supports & Community-Based Supports

• Assist with daily living skills (meal prep, hygiene, cleaning, routines)

• Support community outings & appointments

• Encourage independence and skill-building

• Document visits in HHAeXchange

Requirements

• 18+ years old

• Driver’s license preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Able to pass fingerprinting, background checks, and drug screening

• CPR/First Aid required (or willing to complete)

• Experience as a Direct Support Professional or caregiver is a plus
