How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Lead daily operations of the Home Care program, managing workflow, staffing, and nursing resources to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting
- Drive a servant leadership culture by hiring, coaching, and developing staff while fostering teamwork, accountability, and engagement
- Oversee clinical and administrative operations, including documentation, insurance verification, care coordination, and regulatory compliance
- Manage budget, staffing efficiency, and service delivery outcomes, while resolving patient and family concerns to maintain high satisfaction and quality standards
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Required Credential(s):
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Preferred Credential(s):
- BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Drivers License.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
