    • Maintaining precise medication records and documentation.

    • Assisting residents with medication reminders and ensuring proper adherence.

    • Collaborating effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.

    • Maintaining a clean and organized medication dispensing area.

We're Looking for a CMA Who:

  • Possesses a current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in Pennsylvania.

  • Has a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting, with a preference for senior care experience.

  • Demonstrates strong compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to serve seniors.

  • Exhibits excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration.

  • Possesses effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families.

  • Has strong teamwork skills and can collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

  • Is committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
