Principal Accountabilities
• Responsible for developing and executing activities related to complex and/or multiple interrelated products, including project plans and budget and resource estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitors, manages and reports on execution of deliverables through all project phases. Manages multiple and large complex global projects, such as ERP integrations, projects which cross geographic. Develops collaborative project plan delivery schedules.
• Define processes and provide guidance and feedback on requirements gathering, definition, acceptance and validation/testing. Must have a deep understanding of users and ensure accuracy and consistency between the requirements being implemented for different products and different parts of products. Work with stakeholders to understand and ultimately decide the prioritization of all work at a medium-high level.
• Collect, document, prioritize and manage enhancement requests from internal and external sources. Participate in the release planning and scoping processes that determine the product roadmap. Author detailed product requirements and develop use case documentation. Participate in UI design sessions.
• Provide feedback to development and QA team on requirements clarification.
• Review QA test scripts and interface with QA team to ensure all product features are accurately tested.
• Approve validated functionality for deployment into production.
• Establish and run user focus groups and beta testing programs.
• Maintain updated product and system documentation as changes are made along the development cycle.
• Vendor management.
• Deliver effective communication strategies from the Project team member to Project stakeholders and provide effective status reports.
• Guide other product owners in their interactions with design and implementation teams.
• Manage and mitigate project risks
• Assist with the design and development of applications, working with IT Business Analysts and development team.

Job Complexity
• Guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures
• Serves as an expert within own discipline
• Serves as a resource for best practices/quality on functional teams or projects
• Trains/mentors junior staff

Experience / Education

Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$108,100 - $201,080
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
