Overview
Job Summary
Create and provide reports from existing systems on an ad hoc basis as requested by VP of ACL. Act as clinical assistant to VP working on new projects, and investigation of issues / complaints that are communicated from Senior Leadership. Collaborate with all other departments within ACL or other lines of business within ArchCare with the goal of increasing efficiencies of processes and updating policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned by VP of ACL.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Develop and present reports independently
- Gathering of information from existing systems
- Collaboration with all departments to collect and present information to senior leadership
- Work with stakeholders to identify and implement changes to current systems
- Act as point person for issues that require escalation to senior management
- Assist VP of ACL as directed
- Coordinate with other ArchCare LOB to foster growth of all products
Qualifications
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years Community LTC Nursing experience as well as 3 years of experience in Nursing informatics or related technology experience.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Electronic medical records
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and other MS Office products
Experience Desired
- Prior experience in managed long term care insurance, care management, nursing informatics
License Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
