Overview
Reporting to ArchCares SVP, Compliance, the Corporate Director of Compliance will provide support and analysis to ArchCares enterprise-wide Compliance program, including ArchCares nursing homes, health plans, home care agencies, and assisted living program. The Director will coordinate the 1) development of an annual compliance risk assessment for each of the programs and 2) the implementation of the annual compliance audit work plan for each of the divisions, which will be based on the results of the risk assessments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze new regulatory requirements, emerging regulatory and enforcement risk areas, past internal and external audit results, and other relevant factors for each ArchCare Entity.
- Create risk assessment methodology for each ArchCare Entity, arraying important risks and developing a risk ranking methodology.
- Meet with teams of stakeholders at each ArchCare Entity Communicate to present the risk assessment methodology and solicit their opinions on the relative rankings of risks as well as whether other risks should be included.
- Using the results of the risk assessment, create a compliance audit work plan for the enterprise, including a component for each entity.
- Summarize and present the results of the risk assessment for each Entity in a concise and meaningful format for review by stakeholders and review and approval by the Executive Compliance Steering Committee, and governing bodies members.
- Maintain consistent and complete business records of risk assessment and work plan process.
