The Talent Acquisition Advisor will provide full recruitment support to our Training Services line of business and a new virtual inbound call center. This will be a high-volume position in a fast-paced environment.
Conduct interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings. Typically perform full life cycle recruiting including the negotiation and close of candidates. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations.
• Evaluate candidates based on employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities and other data pertinent to the selection and referral of candidates.
• Coordinate ratings of applicants and development of starting salary recommendations for hiring manager consideration.
• Correspond with candidates to provide company information and notification of employment consideration.
• Maintain and track job and candidate data for compliance to EEO and other related employment laws and regulations.
Scope: Individual contributor that works under limited supervision. Apply subject matter knowledge. Capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.
Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. The American Red Cross does not sponsor employment visas.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Experience working in HR systems like Workday & Service Now preferred.
