Job Description: * The work location for this exciting opportunity is flexible, and the selected candidate will work remotely from a home-office anywhere in the United States though must be available during EST work hours. For those candidates located in Colorado, the salary range for this position is: $59,300 - 79,100. Note that the American Red Cross sets salary ranges aligned to a specific geographic location in which the job or employee resides. The stated salary range in this posting is an average and may not be reflective of your individual circumstances. We will review specific salary information at the time of phone screening based upon your location. In this position, you will interface between business units and information technology to ensure that technology designs meet the needs of end users within the assigned business unit. You will develop product/service specifications and test procedures to ensure user requests are carried out. May develop report customization and implementation. Responsibilities: 1. Conducts analysis of business and user needs, develops documentation of requirements and translates these into proper system requirement specifications. 2. Provides user interface and assistance relating to the utilization of the business application in day-to-day operations. Provides user training as required. 3. Designs and implements customized reports based on business needs. Documents report specifications and procedures as well as monitors and changes reports. 4. Ensures standard reporting procedures are aligned with business reporting requirements. 5. Assists in the importing and exporting of data into and out of business application. 6. Interact with other business units and third parties to insure file uploads are correctly mapped and data is loaded correctly 7. Interact with other business units to assist in researching data discrepancies Qualifications: Education: Four year college degree (BS/BA) in Business, Management Information Systems or a related field preferred or equivalent experience required. Experience: Minimum of 3 year related experience. May require specific technical knowledge in specialized business software applications and database systems. Intermediate or advanced Excel and Access skills required. Experience in importing and exporting files preferred. Apply now!
