We are currently looking for talented Software Development Engineers to join our new engineering group in Vancouver, BC. Ideal candidates are leaders and trailblazers who aren’t afraid of tackling systems of massive scale and layered complexity. They are able to deliver on ambiguous requirements by putting themselves in the shoes of our customers to deliver the right experience. They are passionate about writing code and love to build distributed systems that are transactional, scalable, high throughput, fault tolerant and always available. They are able to design and develop beautiful front-end UI as well as the massively scalable backend services to support it. We’re looking for engineers who are comfortable driving the end to end solution and who can do so in an autonomous creative manner. · Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
· 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
· 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
· Experience developing and executing a software roadmap
· Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem solving abilities


· Master's degree in Computer Science
· Experience taking a lead role in building and operating scalable distributed systems
· Experience in Agile/SCRUM enterprise-scale software development
· Familiar with building secure software using modern security principles
· Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment
