Job summary
The Global Sponsorship Team is seeking a Global Sponsorship Program Manager to support our AWS Partners as they successfully grow their business on and with AWS. Our sponsorship programs continue to evolve and scale as we connect diverse AWS Partners with new programs built around in-person and virtual events as well as integrating them into additional marketing channels. You will play a critical role, working across the global AWS Marketing organization to support and maximize the ROI for our sponsors.

High preference this role sit in Seattle but also open to seating at any US-based AWS corporate office. Relocation assistance to one of these locations from within the US only.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead Sponsorship strategy for integrating AWS Partners into AWS events and other AWS platforms in ways that provide strong ROI for sponsors and enhance the event experience.
• Develop sponsorship plans, manage all deliverables and timelines associated with the respected 3rd party event agency who supports sponsor deliverables and communication.
• Develop training and resource materials for self-serve tools highlighting best practices and opportunities for efficiency.
• Collaborate with sponsors to support campaigns including social media, blogs and other marketing activities to amplify sponsor participation
• Serve as a primary sponsor enablement contact as it pertains to managing our support alias and developing processes to improve support capabilities.
• Work with 3rd party event agencies, guiding them to ensure timely delivery of sponsorship program deliverables.
• Track, collect and report upon sponsorship program revenue and other performance metrics.
• Contribute to the development of project plans and help in managing all deliverables and timelines associated with sponsorship.
• Travel: Up to 25%, including international

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in related areas of customer enablement, project management, event management, or marketing.
• 4+ years of experience implementing tools and process to drive operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management or related field OR an additional 4+ years' customer enablement, project management, event management, or marketing experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Existing knowledge of industry tools, such as Airtable, Workfront, Zendesk, SalesForce and Marketo.
• Background with technology industry or global consumer brand.
• Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services.

The base pay range for this position in Colorado is $76k -134k per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
