You will also lead and execute supply chain programs that improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.

The IT SC Robotics organization plans, sources, makes and delivers the IT equipment necessary to empower Worldwide Amazon Stores operations. Through efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams, we deliver scalable and innovative supply chain solutions that add value and increase customer satisfaction to support forward and reverse technology fulfillment services. We are making investments to transform our supply chain into an automated, resilient, cost-effective IT fulfillment engine enabling our customers to launch programs quicker and adjust to rapid business changes.

As a Supply Chain Solutions Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your assigned customer accounts, leveraging your deep knowledge of supply chain operations, analytics-driven decision making, data analysis capabilities, and strong customer focus to deliver a bar-raising experience. You will balance strategic account management with hands-on program execution, leading initiatives that drive operational excellence while maintaining strong customer relationships.

- Onboard new customers to IT SC Robotics services, ensuring they understand fulfillment capabilities, lead times, and performance expectations; develop customized data dashboards using analytics tools to track OTIF, deliverable percentage, and inventory levels
- Lead and execute supply chain improvement programs across your customer portfolio, including process optimization, automation initiatives, and service enhancements that drive measurable improvements in OTIF, cost, and customer satisfaction
- Apply program management discipline to customer initiatives, including defining scope, developing workback schedules, coordinating cross-functional resources, tracking milestones, and managing risks and dependencies
- Partner with IT program managers to understand technical requirements and translate them into operational solutions, ensuring alignment between customer program needs and supply chain capabilities
- Collect and synthesize voice of customer feedback, translating operational challenges and requirements into actionable insights for SC leadership
- Drive account strategy by deeply understanding the unique requirements, challenges, and future needs of customers in your assigned regions, using those insights to design high-quality, value-adding supply chain solutions
- Leverage data analysis and Python scripting to extract insights from supply chain data, automate reporting, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making for your customer accounts
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional internal stakeholders to align resources and prioritize successful outcomes for your diverse customer portfolio
- Communicate performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., OTIF, deliverable percentage, inventory levels) to IT SC Robotics and customer leadership through regular reporting and business reviews
- Facilitate regular internal customer and impacted stakeholder meetings to align supply chain service capabilities with your customers' business operations, interactions, and growth strategies
- Coordinate inventory procurement, prioritization, and delivery timelines to meet customer commitments for IT infrastructure and end-user equipment orders
- Regularly meet with your regional account management team to share best practices, provide coaching and mentoring, and ensure consistent, exceptional customer experiences
