Amazon is seeking a market researcher with 5+ years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to help monitor its brand health at a , and bring the voice of the to strategists, marketers, and developers via brand health tracking. In this role, you will manage the cross category and cross channel brand health tracker in multiple countries, design the suite of test modules that are needed to validate and improve results over time, conduct, write and present the analysis of this research, and serve as a consultant for users of the research.

We are looking for a candidate with outstanding analytical abilities and a savvy business judgment, who is able to communicate data and insights in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner both verbally and in writing; who is seen as a research expert by his/her peers, and who is able to articulate complex research issues to non-Research partners in ways that can help them address business questions.

The ideal candidate will establish relationships with business partners across regions and earn stakeholders’ trust by consistently delivering accurate and relevant insights that drive results, while also challenging business partner plans and assumptions when needed. This person He/She will also proactively address any emerging issues, which may range from resolving sampling and fielding issues to understanding the in-market conditions that might be impacting the performance of key metrics. As sample integrity is critical in this role and as such, this role requires an individual with strong knowledge of sampling techniques (e.g. stratified sampling, random sampling). The candidate needs to be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, vocally self-critical, and with the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities Include:
· Manage all stages of quantitative (e.g. surveys) and qualitative (e.g. focus groups, 1:1 interviews, etc.) research studies to answer key business questions, including: research proposals, research methodology design, operational execution, and analysis & reporting

· Collect data, draw insights, author and make business- recommendations
· Track and report on competitive landscape and industry trends
· Create regular mechanisms to share a monthly report of NPS, industry benchmarks, trends, and insights with the broader team
· Leverage research findings to provide guidance to senior leaders via business reviews.
· Present findings and insights in a consultative way to senior leaders, , operations and key partners.
· Apply learnings from research studies and analytic deep dives to develop strategic insights
· Develop and field primary research studies such as: Demographic and Segmentation research, usability studies, conjoint analysis, sentiment, interviews, etc.
· Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
· Reviewing other sources of information to back up the findings from statistical analysis of data, e.g. validation of sample representation using external and internal sources.


· Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience
· 5+ years of experience in brand tracker covering multiple countries.
· Experience in managing sample source mix, stratified sampling plans, and translations of survey text.
· Experience in developing qualitative (e.g., focus groups) and quantitative (e.g., survey design) research
· Experience in analytical software (e.g., Q, R, SPSS, SAS, STATA, Excel Pivot Tables).
· Experience working in a foreign culture.
· Fluency in at least one non-English language (speaking & writing)
· Flexibility to manage multiple projects at the same time


· Master's degree or Ph.D in consumer research fields
· 7+ years of brand tracker experience in with 10+ countries
