About the Job

We need a Sr Product Manager who is able to apply their customer obsession towards building scalable tech and processes for our minority-owned business accelerator program. Your work will directly help build sustainable equity and growth for minority entrepreneurs by enabling their success as sellers.

About the hiring group

Small Business Empowerment (SBE) helps drive the success of small businesses (including sellers, vendors, developers, authors, and delivery service providers) and underserved business populations (including minority-, women-, and veteran-owned businesses). This team also owns the minority-owned business accelerator program that aims to help minority entrepreneurs overcome structural barriers to become successful sellers. Program offerings include cash grants, seller credits, imaging and advertising services and mentorship.

Job responsibilities

· Work with tech, PR, Legal, account managers, UX/UI and other stakeholders to identify requirements and data for projects that serve to create a delightful seller experience
· Communicate to leadership best methods to improve the seller experience as well as progress on projects in-flights
· Manage large-scale projects through direct and indirect influence over stakeholders
· Understand and communicate risks and benefits of each project, and identify risk mitigation mechanisms
· Build and maintain a tech and project roadmap that prioritizes items that impact customers most


· Minimum of 5+ years of professional program or product management experience.
· Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience managing large groups of cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
· Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience creating, managing, and reporting comprehensive data metrics
· Previous experience executing large-scale programs and initiatives
· Proven time management, resource management, and planning experience
· Experience owning tech products and prior collaboration with tech teams
· Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think and communicate clearly


· MBA higher in a relevant field
· Experience owning and growing diversity and inclusion initiatives
· Passionate about scope of work and possesses an innate attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and autonomously
· Proven ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
· Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to form a cohesive and effective outcome
· Ability to anticipate potential reputational issues and exercise high judgment, particularly in narrow time frames
· Able to build positive business relationships and work collaboratively across organizational boundaries
