We are currently seeking a Lead Technology Analyst to join the HR/Payroll IS Account Team in our Information Services department in Richmond, VA. Open to remote working arrangement. If remote, occasional travel to Richmond, VA may be required.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Leading integration projects between SAP HCM and other platforms while providing keen attention to data consistency, quality and accuracy.
Troubleshooting and resolving challenging and high impact HR related system issues.
Developing a strong consultative partnership with HR and Payroll teams based on SAP HCM knowledge.
Fostering a culture of excellent employee experience by advising on complex questions/requests from business clients.
Partnering with the business clients to develop requirements and process improvements while translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
Functioning as the primary liaison to the technical support team.
Advising management on industry best practices and assisting with setting strategy for the optimal use of SAP HCM.
Contributing to IT infrastructure needs through collaboration and teamwork.
We want you to have:
Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.
6+ years of significant expertise supporting SAP HCM (ECC 6.0) modules is required.
6+ years of progressively responsible work experience in a business or IT Systems Analyst role.
Demonstrated knowledge of mass data load and data management software, such as Innowera Process Runner, and Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Forms, or other equivalent software is valued but not required.
Experience working with vendors and 3rd party solutions.
Time management skills demonstrating effective multi-tasking and prioritization of work items.
General understanding of HR analytics is preferred.
Excellent collaboration, written and verbal communication skills.
A sense of urgency, technical curiosity and effective negotiation skills are welcomed.
