What We're Looking For:
Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate, independent individuals to join our team as a PCA, HHA, CNA or those with no prior experience. As a professional caregiver, you will be responsible for critical key personal care services curated to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:

Assist with client laundry as needed

Provide medication reminders

Ensure client safety
-
Report significant changes in the client's condition directly to their supervisor

Prepare light meals and assist with client feeding when required

Monitor and record client temperature

Assist client's with ambulation
-
Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities

Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols

Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines

Offer bathing assistance

Perform light housekeeping
-
Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading
Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided

Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws
