JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), job aids, and assessments
- Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create structured and effective learning experiences
- Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs)
- Translate complex information into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly content
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and course outlines for training programs
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Update and maintain existing training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) to develop digital learning content
- Support implementation of learning solutions via LMS platforms
- Stay updated with industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
- Experience with LMS platforms and learning analytics is an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
