Alliance Health at Baldwinville is a 94 bed not for profit skilled nursing facility with an opportunity for a Registered Nurse with MDS experience to join our clinical team.
The MDS Nurse will be responsible for completion of the MDS and CAA's per schedule.
Participate in the development and ensured completion of the Care Plan, identifying the individual needs of the residents.
Assist with maintaining Daily Skilled Documentation for all skilled residents.
Provides education and clear communication to the facility staff.
Must have current nursing license in MA.
