Job Summary and Qualifications
Under the supervision of the COO, manages the daily operations of the department. Assists with the allocation of human resources and supplies to meet the patient care demands of the department. Role models Hospital and team values and philosophies.
Collaborate with abstraction for PCI, LAAO, & TVT NCDR registry
Manage day-to-day operations, contracts, personnel issues, and payroll Manage service contracts on equipment
Ensure proper workflows and radiation safety standards
Maintain Y90, Watchman, and TAVR programs
Project management and effectively partnering with vendors
Maintain quality control, performance measurements, chart audits, and utilization review
Implement hospital safety, infection control, and quality improvement plans
Manage service contracts on equipment
What qualifications you will need:
Registered Nurse (RN)– State of Alaska or Cath Lab Technologist for five (5) years of previous Leadership experience required
American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification required
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in health-related field preferred
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date
