Job Summary
Structural 3D Reinforcement Modeler.
Accurate 3D rebar modelling to create digital twin of actual rebar, with construction details & schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Structural 3D Reinforcement Modelling and Scheduling using Autodesk Revit.
  • Accurate 3D modelling to ensure that modelled components are representative of the actual construction.
  • Limited Training of other/junior team members.
  • Limited BIM Management.
  • Navisworks / BIM360 for coordination and clash detection.
Minimum Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Revit 3D Rebar modelling and scheduling
  • Experience using Dynamo to assist with Rebar modelling advantageous
  • Previous Reinforcement detailing and scheduling experience
  • Able to work under pressure and to deliver precise and correct digital output
  • Being able to present actual 3D reinforcement project deliverables using Revit would be advantageous
  • Intermediate to Advanced Revit user
  • Exposure to Navisworks and/or BIM360
  • Person should be keen to learn, young and energetic with the desire to be an excellent modeller. (This is not a design engineer or project management role.)
  • Self-motivated, independent, able to work in a team and solo.
  • Able to work remote as part of a distributed team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BEng / BTech / National Diploma / Modelling Certificate
