DCS—Program and Project Management

Operate as a Construction Manager working directly with the NYC SCA on projects related to schools throughout New York City and the surrounding boroughs.

The responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
- Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
- Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
- Responsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project.

Minimum Requirements
BA/BS Eight plus years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
BA/BS Eight plus years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications
- PPM / CCM certification
- NY Metro Experience
- Experience working in the health-care/ correctional facilities
- Experience working with New York City Public Agencies
Additional Information:
Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $180,000.
