Job Summary
Job Duties
- Being part of the management team responsible for reviewing and managing design and construction of various major projects.
- Being responsible for track alignment and track geometry for LRT, Transit, metro and High Speed rail transportation projects.
- Developing technical specifications for track systems together with the rail systems managers.
- Ensuring that all design and implementation activities are performed with highest safety and quality culture in mind and with the “best” industry practice.
- Should be a great motivator and an excellent Time Manager.
- Have effective communication skills with good written and spoken English.
- Have a good attention to details and correctness of all submissions.
- Strong Leadership skill and role model requirement.
- Relationship management and work winning skills with clients.
- Profit and loss sensitivity is desired.
- The role requires front end engineering and design consulting skills. It requires global client interaction as well. It is not a back office role.
- Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy
Minimum Requirements
- 15 years of experience of in Lifts & Escalator Expert with minimum 7 years in relevant project.
- Graduate degree in Electrical/electronic / Mechanical Engineering.
- Expertise in the field of track alignment and should have carried out for large projects designing and technology, Supervision of Construction, testing and Commissioning.
