- Eigenständige Planungsleistungen im Bereich im Hochbau (LP 5-8)
- Anleitung und qualitative Führung eines Projektteams
- Technische und wirtschaftliche Projektverantwortung
- Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Behörden, Planungspartnern, Nachunternehmern und beteiligten Dritten
- Bauüberwachung von komplexen Neu- und Umbauprojekten
- Steuerung und Kontrolle der Kosten, Termine und Qualitäten

- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Architekt/in
- Mindestens 8 Jahre im Beruf
- Umfassende Kenntnisse im Hochbau
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der HOAI und VOB
- Sicherer Umgang mit Revit, RIB iTWO & MS-Project oder Primavera
- Mindestens gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit DoD oder öffentlichen Auftraggebern von Vorteil
