Job Summary
AECOM is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join the Americas Real Estate and Facilities Services team to help manage a variety of AECOM Office Projects ranging from agile office build outs, contraction in place, office consolidations and tenant improvement spend. This position will be remote/virtual with a preference, to be based (but not limited to): the following locations: Los Angeles, CA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; New York, NY; Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Phoenix, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Arlington, VA; San Francisco, CA; or Saint Louis, MO.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Excels in all phases of corporate real estate project management activities and ensure successful end-to-end accountability.
  • Assemble and manage project team from project execution to completion for a multiple tenant improvement projects.
  • Leads weekly projects meetings and special meetings including recording minutes and action items.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects at any time with a high level of accuracy, with an understanding of master schedule, risk and budget management of the program.
  • Manage project budgets and assembles payment applications, landlord disbursements, and project closeout
  • Manage both primary client (executive level) and local client (end-user employees) expectations, and balance the needs of the company and clients to ensure satisfaction for both.
  • Support lease transactions by reviewing tenant improvement lease terms and landlord work letters.
  • Works with stakeholders (internal/external clients/landlords) to negotiate and resolve conflicts and disputes.
  • Oversee vendor procurement and competitively bid all vendors as required or necessary
  • Ensure change management program is implemented throughout project phase.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree plus six (6) years of related Real Estate Facility Services experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
  • Previous tenant improvement experience.
  • Change management experience in an agile environment.

  • Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required.
  • Relocation and/or per diem is not offered for this position.
  • Offered rate of compensation (New York City only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $120K to $160K USD annually.
  • Offered rate of compensation (Colorado only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $100K - $130K USD annually.
