AECOM Philippines is seeking to hire a Project Manager for our Philippines Office. Responsibilities, required experience, and qualifications are summarized below:
Responsibilities & Experience:
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
- Prepare, review contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Visit construction sites and attend subcontractor progress meetings in order to have working knowledge of current project status and issues
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Lead and manage project design team
- Manage project changes, budgets, qualities and timelines
- Manage new Data Center project execution for green and/or brown field projects
- Development of project master program, project charter and set up project processes
- Sourcing for suitable specialist and subject matter experts to be part of project delivery team.
- Familiar with Data Canter risk redundancy configurations and requirement
- Day to day construction oversight to ensure the project are carrying our safely complying with EHS requirement, on schedule, cost efficient that is within approved budget and compliance with specification.
- Liaise with Engineering Solution, Energy & Sustainability and DC Operation colleagues for project requirements.
- May manage various size groups of architects, designers and/or specialists.

- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/ Project Management or any other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in project management
- Experience managing IT Infrastructure projects/Data Centre/Critical Facilities
- Possess Project Management and Construction Management experience with Developer, Consultant, Government Agencies, Contractor
- Understand local building codes and authorities' requirements
- Good communication and presentation skills. Able to speak and write English fluently
- Knowledge in Programming & Scheduling, Risk Management, Environment Health and Safety Plan and ISO documentation
- Knowledgeable in various M&E critical systems (e.g. UPS, Generator, Chiller, Cooling Tower) requirement including testing and commissioning (i.e. FAT, SAT, IST)
