AECOM is seeking a Project Coordinator (1 year, extendable) to be based in Malaysia, Johor Bahru

Responsibilities:
- Work with contractors, fellow consultants, approving agencies, etc. for design coordination, technical queries, client’s consent and authority’s consent.
- Representing design consultant, coordinate with supervision consultant for engineering technical related matter. Require strong engineering design background in rail development and building structure environment.
- Actively participate in technical meetings at site and familiar with resolving technical issue at site.
- Other than providing technical solution, the coordinator must be well versed in centralised documentation system and requirement of stringent project quality plan.
Minimum Requirements
- Registered as Engineer under Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
- Overall Experience of 3 - 5 years in consultancy firm, specialising in Civil, Structural, Bridge, Geotechnical works, Marine project etc.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues, seniors, team members and clients.
- Possess experience in delivering design and construction of major infrastructure project.
- Willing to travel between head office in Kuala Lumpur and site office in Johor Bahru, as and when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Civil / Geotechnical / Structural Engineering from a reputable institution.
