Job Summary
The staff extension support services include, but are not limited to the following
- In this role you will be responsible for implementing Project Management Implementation Systems (PMIS) and supporting product adoption by working closely with stakeholders throughout the entire implementation.
- Analyze client business processes/requirements and develop corresponding process and data flows within the applicable PMIS.
- Establish the program Cost Breakdown Structure an Control standards
- Configure the PMIS application(s) based on requirements and business rules for new/existing implementations
- Perform gap analysis activities to identify and document any possible requirement gaps as well as provide creative solutions to ambiguous business problems
- Provide recommendations for process improvement and/or steaming
- Develop materials and deliver training required for each assigned implementation
- Establish user acceptance testing strategies, conditions and evaluation of expected results
- Coordinate integration between project management and controls systems.
- Development of all reports set forth in the business requirements.
- Ensure that all project and program processes are in accordance with set Project Procedures and Job Instructions. Includes configuration of e-Builder, P6 schedules, cost reports, cash flow and variance analysis.
- Review and provide feedback on miscellaneous project reports.
- Provide design and construction teams with forward looking mitigation plans and data.
- Verify integrity of Earned Value Management System.
- Attend team meetings to provide assistance in resolving issues, review progress reports and ensure assignment of new tasks.
- Create and distribute meeting minutes, status reports, and required documentation
- Provide recommendations and guidance to other groups with regards to processes, monitoring and system requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Master's Degree in Construction Management with applicable further development in Project Management would be preferred.
- Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP), Cost Engineering , Earned Value, e-Builder Admin
- Knowledge of multiple PMIS Software (e.g. e-Builder, P6 EPPM, Procure, Unifier)
- Prior experience with writing and analyzing business and system requirement documents that convey complex business analysis and technology solutions
- History of recommending and implementing process improvements
- Strong Scheduling and Estimating background
