Job Description:
Perform Master data maintenance pertaining to multiple master data objects in Oracle and Coupa which includes Vendor Headers, Vendor Sites, Vendor Contacts, Commodity Hierarchy, Commodity General Ledger Mapping, Catalog Products, Catalog Prices, etc.
Working closely with business and IT leads to deliver both strategic and tactical MDM solutions, to enable a less complex and trusted data environment positioned to scale for future business growth and set and monitor the quality and effectiveness of Business Operations and Enterprise MDM strategy
Developing and implementing processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of Master Data
Assessing quality of the data to ensure completeness and accuracy and when errors are detected taking actions to correct errors, find root cause and change process to prevent future errors
Updating and maintaining Service Relevant Material Details: product description, Service Bill of Materials, list prices, unit of measure, and enable regional extensions
Identifying data that does not conform to data standards, tracking the root cause, resolving disconnects by working with relevant stakeholders
Tracking and analyzing data changes, leads, and perform data cleaning through periodic review.
Adhere to policies from the Data Governance Board
Adhere to comprehensive data quality protocols, best practices, and management procedures to ensure clean data
Measure KPIs for processes and measure progress towards goals set forth by the Governance Board
Ensure data and information security by integrating and upholding digital security systems
Responsible for ensuring document management process remains in compliance with AECOM policies, procedures and standards defined by S2P document retention programs
Responsible for ensuring contract management process remains in complies with AECOM policies, procedures and standards defined by S2P Contract Management program
Perform maintenance and update to business partner workflows
Provide system and other trainings and provide system support
Communicating with internal and external data suppliers regarding data completeness, accuracy, and transformations

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance/Accounting, or other relevant fields
3-5 years experience handling, resolving and problem-solving for Data Governance or Data Security Projects/Topics
Experience cross-functional team management
Strong Knowledge of Coupa, Oracle and other EFP systems preferred
Strong knowledge/understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality approaches and best practices
Understanding of data integration tools to standardize, cleanse and load data
Understanding of Data Stewardship
Demonstrated problem solver and strategic thinker
Knowledge of JIRA or equivalent
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a varied audience and internal and external customers. (Communication)
Ability to maintain good customer relationship with the ability to initiate ways to improve customer support customer experience (Customer Service)
Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned tasks and with the ability to propose ways to prevent or eliminate errors, discrepancies & issues. (Attention to Detail)
