Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an innovative and proactive leader for our multi-billion dollar design-build program. This individual will represent our coordination efforts with our client during the design and construction phases of the program.

Responsibilities:

  • As Lead Engineer, understand the overall program goals and translate those goals to all projects within the program, ensuring that the program goals are being met on each project.

  • Identify and address engineering-related topics that come up from the client and end-user during design development, at site conditions, and input from AHJ. The Lead Engineering will assure that the right resources are focusing on the topics and manage to move issues toward resolution.

  • The Lead Engineering will participate in the preparation and attending of in-market Design-Build proposer work sessions and will oversee the Program Manager's engineering team responses during procurement and during the design-build implementation of the projects.

  • The Engineering Lead will have experience in New York City high-rise construction and MEP systems, and have experience in the design, operation, and maintenance of high-rise building system

DCS—Program and Project Management

As an industry leader in program and construction management, we partner with clients to support projects from concept to completion. Operate as a Construction Manager working directly with the NYC SCA on projects related to schools throughout New York City and the surrounding boroughs.

Minimum Requirements
  • BA/BS + 8 Years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Additional Information:

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000.
