Responsible for providing services involved in planning a construction project before the actual construction begins
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Plays a key role in developing solutions to policy and physical planning problems. Experienced professional with a specialized area of expertise.
• May manage small or medium-sized projects or have full technical control of project. May have financial responsibility for the success of a project and may play a key role in business development efforts, which may be sourced by a more senior staff member.
• May oversee the work of others and mentor others.
• Financial and project management goals are defined by the organization annually.

Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS + 4 years of relevant preconstruction estimating experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Information:
- Experience in vertical construction- hi-rise residential, hotels, condos, casinos, stadium, convention centers and/or mixed-use commercial projects supporting Business Development and pre-construction phases.
